The Russian presidential election must be held on the second Sunday of March, but not to coincide with holidays. In connection with the 8th of March the Russians are waiting for four-day weekend from 8 to 11 March.
This was reported by the Kremlin press pool journalist Dmitry Smirnov on his Twitter page.
“The Russian presidential election will be held March 18: the Date for all identified the Ministry of labor, appointed March 11, the day of the holiday”, – stated in the message.
