According to S. Kostetskii, people understand that the property is not currently particularly relevant, since you have to pay taxes on housing, to pay exorbitant rates for utilities, etc., so they are trying to get rid of it. Flats just can’t stand, need to pay for them.

“Proposals for the sale of apartments on the secondary housing market continue to grow, because, logically, the cost of apartments in old houses could not be increased as some claim the media,” concludes the analyst.
