Law enforcement officers have inspected
In the village Svarchevska Tula region children in the basement, tortured 5-year-old girlfriend from behind a broken wheel.
On this incident the militiamen carried out an inspection.
As a result of check it was established that four local kids aged 7 to 12 years, dragged 5-year-old girl in a ruined basement. There she tied his hands and feet.
The girl gave torture and beat her, bit her, threw stones at her, threatened to cut her with glass from the broken bottle.
The motive for such behaviour of children is that according to them, she punctured a wheel on their bike.
Due to the fact that children have not reached the age of majority, the criminal case was denied.
The case file was sent to the Commission for juvenile Affairs, which will decide on the application of measures of an educational nature.
As previously reported, in Chernihiv region on a field road, about eight o’clock in the evening, suddenly, 11-year-old girl was attacked by a man.
