The offender never worked.
In Kiev region the son cruelly took the life of their own elderly mother.
The tragedy occurred in the village of mykhailivka on Bohuslavice. The bloodied body of his old mother found the house on the floor of a 57-year-old woman and called the police.
At the scene arrived investigative team of the Boguslav branch of the police. In the house police found the body of 79-year-old local resident with injuries from a blunt object on the head. With the deceased son lived, but at that time he wasn’t home.
The police established that the crime involved is the son of the victim woman. 51-year-old resident of the village of Mikhailovka was arrested, he confessed to the murder.
A man in a condition of alcoholic intoxication beat his mother because of the accusations. The woman often upbraided his son for a meaningless life. Because of drunkenness is not tolerated even his wife was put out the door, and the last 10 years he lived with his mother. The man anywhere did not work, the only consolation it was vodka. Mother tried to teach his son, but all attempts women ended quarrels.
So, during another conflict with his mother, the man attacked her with a metal shovel in his hands and repeatedly struck her on the head. When the lifeless old woman fell to the ground, the man was gone.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. The malefactor is threatened by imprisonment from seven to fifteen years.
