Near Kiev, inadequate bully staged a riot

In Borispol, Kiev region drunk and smoke cannabis the man threatened neighbor.

According to police, 22 August, around 16:00, on the specialline 102 the woman called and reported that a neighbor threatened her with physical violence.

Law enforcement officers suggested the man to pass inspection in presence of two witnesses. He agreed and independently pulled from his pocket a folded paper with cannabis, confirming that this drug.
