During an unscheduled inspection the inspectors found that the developer – group of companies the DIM – erected 11 houses of a business class around the lake without permits. Also at the facility were not provided with the implementation of architectural and technical supervision, and on the construction site did not even have information boards. In addition, according to the State land cadastre, the group of companies erects DIM the LCD and even on the lands of private agriculture, and not residential and public buildings.
Reporters noted that in the complex there is an active sale of apartments. Although to show investors there was nothing else for a year a plot of land just a fence, and on the first four homes scored only pile field. This situation is very familiar to victims of “Elita – center” fraud and Wojciechowski. Interestingly, in the list of projects on the website of the group of the companies DIM the unauthorized construction can not be found, although to remove the logo of the developer from the website of Park Lake City, apparently, have not yet.
It is noteworthy that starting an illegal construction, the group actively promoted the DIM complex as the first in Ukraine, built to international standards with green building. And even promised that the LCD will be certified according to the international system BREEAM. That people are unlikely to be able to move into the squatter, sales managers tactfully silent.
Now construction works are stopped, and the customer, OOO “Estet Prime Stroy” and the contractor LLC “Arsan-Bud” was fined for violation of town planning legislation. The case is scheduled on August 17, 2017.
