In the Kharkov area 15-the summer teenager has committed suicide by throwing himself under the wheels of the train “Kharkov-Raisin”, causing died on the spot.
At the moment the causes of the action are unknown, but police are considering several versions of what happened – suicide and abetment of suicide.
“If there’s evidence that a minor has driven to suicide, the perpetrator will be punished with imprisonment from 7 to 10 years.
Investigators have to figure out what were the family relations of the kid, school and what could induce him to this act.” – reported in GU NP in the Kharkiv region. The police decide the question about opening of criminal proceedings.
