The guarantee Fund of deposits of physical persons started the process of liquidation of an insolvent Bank to another.
The national Bank of Ukraine may 21, deprived the Bank Financial initiative of the license for banking activity. From 22 may, the Bank is in liquidation, have informed in a press-service of Fund of guaranteeing the deposits of individuals.
The Bank was declared insolvent by the national Bank in 2015, but the management of the Bank appealed the decision in court. Then the assignment of the Bank in the discharge of an insolvent was deemed illegal in court.
Later in the Kyiv appeal administrative court was satisfied the appeal of the NBU, the court left the decision on recognizing a Bank insolvent Financial initiative in force.
Earlier in the Ukraine was liquidated Vernum Bank. It was also reported, the national Bank liquidated the Bank, Daniel, and the funds were returned to investors.
