Nasirov went lukianivka facility

Nasirov said that it is not going to leave the country after posting bail.

Suspended the head of the State fiscal service Roman Nasirov left Lukyanivka prison after posting bail in the amount of UAH 100 million.

“I am very grateful to the family, they found this crazy amount. But the best is to be without fault is held accountable, I’d rather stay here and would prove his innocence. But now I think it’s even better, will have more opportunities through communication with the media, once again check all information, it means that there is the suspicion, and quickly to prove his innocence,” – said Nasirov.

He also said that the electronic bracelet is already put on, but it refused.

“I feel better than in the first days of court. I then want to go to the hospital so the doctors could see. In the detention center was a time to relax, read the materials, but I’m sure the doctors will be able to quickly return to normal. Monday will begin the full protection in this matter,” – said Nasirov.

He said he was not going to leave the country after posting bail. “No guilt, all of the alleged justification. I was not going to go and not going, I’ll be home. Now I’m going home,” – said Nasirov.

As reported, on Thursday, Nasirov made a pledge in the amount of UAH 100 million.

In the night of 8 March Solomensky district court of Kiev chose Nasirova measure in the form of arrest for 60 days with the alternative of a bail of 100 million hryvnia. March 13, the Appellate court of Kiev made the decision to keep him in detention.
