The European court of human rights (ECHR) has accepted for consideration the complaint of the ousted Chairman of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov about the legality of his detention by officers of the National anti-corruption Bureau (NAB) and the Specialized anticorruption Prosecutor’s office (SAP).
This was stated by Nasirov on his Facebook page.
“I have received a message from the European court of human rights on the acceptance to consideration of complaints about my illegal detention 02.03.2017 informed detectives NABOO,” he writes.
Nasirov said that his complaint to the ECHR contains evidence showing the illegality of the detention of the Chairman of SFS, illegal actions in court for election of a preventive measure, putting pressure on law enforcement and the courts, unlawful imprisonment and the like.
“On my posts, the General Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine has opened a number of criminal cases against illegal actions of the detectives NAB, SAP prosecutors and judges”, – he added.
