Astronomers had a unique image of the crab nebula.
As reported on the website NASA, the researchers combined the data obtained using the very large telescope, the telescope “Hubble” telescope “Spitzer”, XMM-Newton Observatory, and Chandra.
The crab nebula is the result of a powerful supernova explosion that was observed by Chinese astronomers in 1054. The nebula is located at a distance 6.5 thousand light years from Earth. In the centre of the nebula is a neutron star that rotates at high speed.
