The NASA researchers presented a panoramic picture of the Valley of Perseverance on Mars that were taken with the camera Pancam mounted on the Rover Opportunity. The picture was published on the Agency’s website.
In the photo you can see traces of the wheels of the Rover, which he left during the exploration of the valley. The panorama was composed of images that Opportunity did between 7 and 19 June this year.
According to researchers, the Valley of Persistence could be generated by the flow of water or gusts of wind in the distant past of Mars.
