Space telescope “Hubble” photographed the planetary nebula NGC 6326, which reminded scientists of a Christmas symbol.
The unusual pattern created clouds of hot gas emanating from the aging star in the centre of the nebula. Planetary nebula is at a distance of about 11,000 light years from Earth in the constellation Altar, which can be observed in the southern hemisphere.
