Researchers from Finland conducted a study to identify a safe norm of alcohol for the body men.
The experiment lasted 20 years. During this time the experts reviewed information 2,5 thousand volunteers.
It turned out that men who consume alcoholic beverages more than twice a week are more likely to stroke than those who drink alcohol in moderation or abstain from it.
However, experts noted that a sober lifestyle is not a panacea.
