A group of scientists from the United States of America has conducted a lot of interesting research, through which they were able to learn how the human body affects the constant lack of sleep.

Scientists said that it is very important that people respect the sleep mode, as it has a profound effect on the nervous system, intellect, and also affects the normal work of the gastrointestinal tract and even on the mood of a person.

Scientists also said that a healthy and prolonged sleep cannot be replaced with a Cup of coffee or energy drink.
