Traditional healers offer three recipes using chicory for improving metabolism and getting rid of extra pounds.
Infusion of a grass of chicory
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons herb chicory.
Method of application
Pour the plant material into a thermos, pour 800 ml of boiling water, cover and let stand for 2 hours, then strain.

Ingredients: 4 tablespoon chopped herb chicory.
Method of application
Place plant material in a thermos, pour 500 ml boiling water, cover and allow to stand for 1 hour.
Strain the infusion and pour into the tub with warm water (37,5-39 °C). The duration of a bath —10 to 15 minutes. The course of treatment consists of 21 procedures, conduct they need within 1-2 days.
