AUTO-Consulting was named the most popular cars of the XXI century, which were sold in Ukraine since early 2000. Despite rising demand for foreign cars, it turned out that Ukrainians tend to buy cars of domestic production.
In General, for 17 years the country has sold 3.6 million new cars – almost half the total fleet of the Ukraine. To determine the most popular models summarized sales figures of all new cars since 2000 and 2016 inclusive.
The best-selling car in Ukraine for the years 2000-2016 experts called ZAZ/Daewoo Lanos (including Sens). Every tenth new car sold in the country – Lanos/Sens.
Behind him in the popularity rankings followed by Russian cars VAZ/LADA was also very active produced at Ukrainian enterprises. Number two in popularity is the LADA Samara (248 thousand cars sold), number three – “classic” LADA 2104�5�6�7 (225 thousand), number four – LADA 10-th family (168 thousand). Closes the top five leaders of sales of the Ukrainian “slavut’s ZAZ” (124 thousand cars sold and 3.5% of all sales in the XXI century).
Next in popularity over the year, are 2000-2016 cars-bestsellers: Chevrolet Aveo, Skoda Octavia and Chevrolet Lacetti.
In ninth place – “ZAZ Tavria”, and closes the top ten most popular models of Mitsubishi Lancer.
