Representatives of the American automobile Association analyzed the maintenance cost of different cars and find out which ones are the cheapest. Cars divided into groups: sedans, SUVs, minivans, hybrid models, electric cars and pickups.
The study took the car with mileage 15,000 miles (about 24,000 km). The study took into account the cost of fuel, repairs, maintenance, insurance and taxes. In addition, the calculations took into account liquidity and other relevant factors.
So, the best the contents were compact sedans – 6 354$. The second position went to SUVs, which cost their owners in 7 606$. The third row belongs to hybrid models with result – 7 687$.
The penultimate electric cars began with the figure 8 439$, but at the same time, these cars quickly lose in the price. Most will be spent on the maintenance of pickups – a 10 054$.
