Other fruits and vegetables containing large amounts of potassium, almost twice the price of potatoes, so many people they are just not available.

“We must pay tribute to the potato, because it improves the quality of food of many people and allows them to eat more vegetables,” says Adam Drewnowski, the author of the work.
