It is best for the preparation of cosmetic mixtures with a basis of coffee to use natural brewed coffee without sugar.

Coffee has a tonic effect, improves skin elasticity, protects it from ultraviolet radiation and has anti-inflammatory effect.

Any recipe scrub consists of coffee grounds, a vegetable oil, cream, honey, yogurt or sour cream. The mixture should be diluted to the consistency of thick cream. To apply the scrubs have not more than once every 5-7 days as the skin.

For oily skin.

1 tbsp coffee grounds mixed with 1 tbsp. of natural yogurt without any additives. The mixture was put on face, massage, leave for 2-3 minutes and rinse with warm water.

If instead of sour cream in this recipe to get a yoghurt, then scrub can be used for oily skin.

For dry skin.

2 tsp of ground coffee mixed with 2 tsp of rice flour and then dilute with milk until the consistency of sour cream.

For oily skin.

2 tsp of ground coffee mixed with 2 tsp of rice flour and then to dilute the sour milk to the consistency of sour cream.
