Experts from the Karolinska Institute (Sweden) has recognized that the best diet for maintaining the health of the human brain — Scandinavian.
According to the study, people who adhered to a “diet of the Vikings” in old age had a lower probability of developing dementia and Alzheimer’s disease than others.
The study involved 2223 human.
In the diet Scandinavian diet includes fish, vegetables, fruit, rice and chicken. At the same time, there is practically no root crops and potatoes and refined grain products. Also allowed the moderate use of wine.
