Preparing it this way: at night 1 teaspoon of cinnamon is poured 200 ml of boiling water, to insist 30-40 minutes, cools. Next, add the infusion of half teaspoon of honey and put it in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning drink half of the infusion after Breakfast and leave for the evening (you should drink it before bed). It is prohibited to use cinnamon:

– Pregnant as it can cause uterine contractions that can trigger miscarriage.

– Combining it with aspirin so diluted blood and it contributes to bleeding.

– People with liver disease. Coumarin, an ingredient found in cinnamon, is having a bad effect on the liver if consumed more than necessary.

– Hypertension.

– Elevated body temperature.

– With increased nervous excitability.
