The official cost will be $ 999
The presentation of the flagship smartphone Sony XZ2 Premium took place in April, however, the information on the receipt of new items on sale until now not been published. Today, June 28, the company disclosed the official price of the device.
Official price of new items will be 999 dollars (about 23 163 hryvnia), which is $ 200 more “normal” version of the XZ2. Pre-orders of the future flagship will start July 9 in the United States, and deliveries to the first owners will start July 30. Date of occurrence in other regions is not yet announced.
It should be noted that XZ2 Premium got the top 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 845 and 6 GB of RAM. The screen doesn’t follow trends: when the diagonal of 5.8 inches with a resolution of 4K it kept the aspect ratio of 16:9 and without the cutout in the top of the screen.
A key feature of the XZ2 Premium was dual-in Motion Eye camera with a Dual colour (19 MP) black and white (12 MP) modules. It can shoot video with ISO 12 800, and taking pictures with the ISO 51 200, and allows you to make good shots even in poor light conditions.
Unit dimensions are 158 x 80 x 11.9 mm and weighs an impressive 236 grams. Battery capacity flagship smartphone is 3 450 milliampere hours, and the housing is protected to IP65 standard / 68.
