Parsley is one of the most effective diuretics. Improve the body, eliminate toxins and to adapt the digestive system helps the parsley with the addition of dairy products (preferably kefir).

This mixture is useful to drink in the morning replacing Breakfast, or at night. The drink can be used for weight loss, adding a pinch of ginger, fennel, just a little bit of garlic. These ingredients contribute to fat burning.

Recipe 1

– 3 tsp chopped fresh or dry parsley;
– 0.5 cups of boiling water;
– 1 tsp of honey.

Pour the parsley roots with boiling water, to insist in a thermos night. Strain, add honey, drink 1 tablespoon four times a day before meals.

Recipe 2

– 1 tsp chopped parsley seed;
– 1 l of cold boiled water.

Pour the seeds with water at night. Strain and drink 3 tablespoons every three hours. The tool is also shown in diseases of the liver, edema.

Recipe 3

– 4 teaspoon chopped parsley root;
– 0.5 cups of boiling water.

The roots pour boiling water, strain after 15 minutes. It dose for two days.

Recipe 4

– 2 tbsp of powder from the seeds of the parsley;
– 1 Cup of boiling water.

Pour parsley seeds with boiling water, boil for 15 minutes. Strain, cool and drink 1 tbsp. several times a day.

Recipe 5

– 150 g parsley leaf;
– 0,5 l of unboiled milk.

Pour the milk parsley, cover with lid, place simmering in the oven, removing from there after evaporated half of the liquid. The broth should take a week every hour 1 tablespoon
