Naftogaz of Ukraine received a net income of 26.5 billion UAH.
As the press service of Naftogaz, the income was derived mainly from transit.
“The results of 2016 Naftogaz reported net income of $ 26.5 billion UAH, which was provided mainly by income from transit”, – the press-service of the company.
Transit brought 28.7 billion UAH of profit.
“For 2016 Naftogaz as a separate legal entity paid to the budget taxes and other obligatory payments in the amount of UAH 16.3 bn and became the second largest payer of taxes in Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
Earlier it was reported that the company wants to negotiate with the Croatian company on the drilling of several wells.
