National Agency of corruption prevention (NACP) has made 15 prescriptions to senior officials. About it reports a press-service of the NACP Monday, November 27.
“As of today, the National Agency on corruption prevention has made 15 prescriptions in violation of the requirements of the legislation regarding ethical conduct, prevention and settlement of conflict of interest other violations of the law,” – said the press service.
Orders were issued on the results of conducted scheduled and unscheduled inspections of public authorities and local self-government on the organization of work for the prevention and detection of corruption.
Regulations submitted to the first Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of economic development and trade Stepan Kubiv, Minister of justice Pavlo Petrenko, Minister of infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan, Minister of youth and sport Igor Zhdanov, Minister of culture Yevhen Nyshchuk.
In addition regulations have been imposed on the 9 heads of other Central Executive authorities and heads of 4 local authorities.
