The head of the NABOO did not indicate in its Declaration of land and property.
The national Agency for prevention of corruption found irregularities in the electronic declarations of the Director of National anti-corruption Bureau of Artem Sytnik. This is stated in the decisions of the NACP.
The national Agency conducted a complete audit of declarations of disturbance over the years 2015-2017 and found that in return for the 2015 the official did not specify the information on the right to property, which he owns, address, and the right to property, which belongs to his wife, he has violated the law “On corruption prevention”.
Also Sytnik indicated false data in the Declaration for the year 2016 that relate to the cadastral number of the land plot, which belongs to the wife and its income sources, therefore violated the requirements of the law referred to.
In addition, in return for the 2017 Director of the NABU have false data, which concern all the same cadastral number of the land plot owned by the wife, the identification number of the vehicle and its value, the source of its income, and its amount, as well as transactions which resulted in the consumption than he violated the requirements of the law “On corruption prevention”.
False information in the Declaration differ from the authentic amount is less than 100 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons. thus, NACP is not found in the declarations Sytnyk signs of administrative violations and violations of a criminal nature.
