NACP has asked the court to punish Simonenko

NACP asks the court to draw Simonenko responsible for financial irregularities of the Communist party.

The national Agency for prevention of corruption (NACP) asks the court to bring to administrative responsibility the head of the Communist party of Ukraine Peter Simonenko. This is evidenced by the definition of the Podolsk district court of Kiev on August 7, published in the Unified registry of court decisions.

As noted in the Protocol on administrative offense, in the analysis of the report of the Communist party established a number of irregularities in the receipt of cash contributions.

“This is a violation of the first Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist party of the statutory order of payment in support of a political party and, consequently, about the Commission of an administrative offense”, – stated in the document.

The court refused to hear the case because it “is not geographically located within the jurisdiction of the Podolsk regional court”. The case was returned to the NACP, the Agency sent him to another court.
