The public Prosecutor is suspected of illicit enrichment.
The national anti-corruption Bureau has filed a criminal case on the fact of possible illicit enrichment of public Prosecutor Yury Lutsenko. This was announced by the speaker of the NABOO Svetlana Olefir.
According to her, the investigation was launched on 30 October in response to the decision of the court.
The case was initiated by part 3 of article 368-2 of the Criminal code.
The suspicion was never released.
We will remind, the Prosecutor General’s office opened a criminal case against the Director of NABU Artem Sytnik due to the potential disclosure of the data of the investigation.
