Deputies plan to hear information on the use of funds allocated to enhancing the safety of warehouses.
The chief of the General staff of the armed forces Victor Muzhenko, the chief military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios and defense Minister Stepan Poltorak invited to the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on national security and defense on Wednesday, October 4, which will consider the question of an accident in ammunition depots under the Kalinovka. MPs plan to hear information on the use of funds allocated to the Ministry of defence for the dispersal of weapons and military equipment, enhancing the safety of hazardous facilities storing ammunition APU after the events at the military depots near of Svatovo, Balakleya.
Also, the deputies intend to consider the bill on the state budget for 2018 No. 7000 in financing security sector and defense.
