This summer, MTV will reveal the sixth and final season of his TV series “Werewolf.” (Teen Wolf). But this does not mean that the young cub will now be ordered way on small screens.
As in the case of other genre shows, series “Scream”, a youth channel intends to “restart” the project.
The Hollywood Reporter reporting that the channel guide talks with the show-run with Jeff Davis about how to turn the “Werewolf” in the potential series-an anthology a La “American horror story”. While there will be many new actors, though perhaps the return of some characters from the previous version of the show. There will also be new locations and new storylines.
As for the story told in the first six seasons, Davis and MTV plan to continue it in the form of a podcast, which starts at the end of last season.
The President of MTV Chris McCarthy says:
These heroes and their stories have reached the maximum. We are discussing with Jeff how we would like to support the life of the franchise. What is great in the evolution of modern media – you can see the series taking place in the form of a series of podcasts and then to see a resurrection of these shows to a new level after a couple of years.
We want to give the “Werewolf” enough time to make the final of the series lasted for a year or so, and then when we find the right story and the right cast, will revive the project.
I myself am ashamed to have not seen even a single season of “the Werewolf”, but remember the original Comedy “teen Wolf” in 1985, with Michael J. Fox. Fox in the lead role. The movie was very good, even though through “youth”. So if you’re a fan of(ka) series in the period of his absence on the screens go and watch the film – the good and the sequel was released at the time.
