The Deputy of Legislative Assembly of Petersburg Boris Vishnevsky believes that it’s the end of the “Putin myth”. He was confident that against the background of falling living standards due to the imposition of restrictive measures, the Russians are increasingly less willing to meekly endure “the combination of the suffocating restrictions with defiant denial of any real help”. People do not see a strong leader and draw conclusions, said the MP.
He recalled that appeals to appoint a citizens payment heard from many economists, politicians and public figures. However, the state is not willing to part with the funds of the national welfare Fund.
“Apparently, the Kremlin perceive SWFs as the Foundation of his personal wealth. To share and absolutely do not want,” said Wisniewski.
