Ukrainian singer MONATIK told how much he was paid for performance at the Eurovision song contest 2017.
In an interview with the presenter of the programme “ze Interviewer” Anatoly Anatolich the actor admitted that he performed at the opening of the song contest is totally free. “We worked without fee. They sewed us costumes…” – said MONATIK and added that the organizers are not allowed to leave the outfits themselves.
However, the musician said that the Eurovision organizers paid the dancers, the choreographer.
“For me, most importantly, the people in the team were well fed, happy, and I earn at corporate events,” said MONATIK.
“Musician-altruist – it’s cool,” summed up Anatoliy Anatolich.
