Miraculous recipes that will help tired feet

Feet feel relief and relieve fatigue.

Bath with herbal collection

Required: 1 tsp dried herbs of sage, mint and nettle, 1 liter of water.

Preparation: boil water and brew 3 tablespoons of the herb mixture.

Infuse for 7-10 minutes and drain.

Application. Feet immersed in a bath for 15-20 min, then wipe dry feet and lubricate them with a nourishing cream.

Oatmeal bath

Required: 0,5 kg of oat straw, 2-3 liters of water.

Preparation: fill the straw with water, bring to boil, cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat, then allow to cool to room temperature and strain.

Application. Immerse in bath of feet for 15-20 min, then wipe dry and grease nourishing cream.

Coniferous bath with lemon

Required: 500 g of spruce, pine, fir or juniper, 1 lemon, 3 liters of water.

Preparation: grind the needles. Boil water, brew it pine needles, put on fire, bring to boil and cook on low heat for 10 min, Then insist 6-8 hours in a warm place. From lemon squeeze the juice and the zest cut into pieces. Add the lemon juice and zest to the infusion of pine needles.
