Two years later, the Ukrainians will be able to ride in about 100 countries without a visa or simplified visa. This was announced by foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin today, 28 November, during the VIII National expert forum.
“Let’s see how many we had countries with visa-free regime or simplification of visa regime three years ago and how many now. I believe that we are currently negotiating for visa-free regime or simplification of more than 20 countries, in principle, the Ukrainians in two years roughly, and maybe even less will be able to travel, and we will go from about 100 countries. And this is not a slogan,” – said Klimkin.
According to the Minister, Ukraine in this time progressed in the rating of openness.
“If you view our place in the conventional ranking of openness, we are already somewhere in the third ten, but let’s move on. That is, in terms of openness, we are just as advanced as many other countries, by definition, are unable to do,” – said Klimkin.
