The Minister of sports of Russia Pavel Kolobkov awarded the order of Alexander Nevsky, the Sports.ru with reference to three independent sources.

“All I was doing – I would have continued further. Because I did everything absolutely correctly. I guaranteed the transfer of the database difficult, but we got it done. Indeed, it was technically difficult, technically difficult task. If it were possible to rewind the tape back – all that was done, everything was done correctly,” said the Minister.
The order of Alexander Nevsky is awarded to citizens of Russia occupying positions of public service, for special personal merits before Fatherland in nation-building, long conscientious service and high results achieved by them in the performance of official duties, in strengthening the international authority of Russia, the country’s defense, economic development, science, education, culture, art, health and other services.
This order is also without publishing the orders, at different times, was awarded to businessmen Oleg Deripaska, Alexei Miller, Alisher Usmanov, TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov and about a hundred people.
