Microsoft released a new build of its operating system Windows 10 at number 16 215, which has implemented many important changes and improvements.
Until the update is available only for participants of the insider program testing Windows Insider. Other users will be able to take advantage of innovations with the release of Windows 10 Creators Fall Update, which will be released this fall.
The first significant change is the new design of the notification center, which now includes separate sections for different applications and services. Themselves notifications appear as separate cards, and are grouped by applications and devices.
On the taskbar, you can now also pin any site, but they can be opened only via the built-in Microsoft Edge. Improvements are also affected animation opening new tabs in the browser, allowing visual page load even faster.
Cortana is now able with the permission of the user to scan images on the screen (for example, pictures, posters) and automatically add the information contained in them in notes.
Some of the major updates related to the work with a stylus. For example, it can now be used to navigate through the text in various apps and websites. In addition, there is a new option, when activated, which will display the map with the point at which you last used the stylus.
Improvements have also been touch typing. On the panel of the manual input of a new gesture (for example, to highlight and strikethrough words), improved editing and automatic detection of the manual input. If you write with the pen, the words will be converted into typed text in automatic mode. The text shifts so that you feel comfortable to write on.
Instead of the old keyboard used smartphone, with tips words, typing without lifting your finger from the display, select emoticons Emoji support, text input with one hand and quickly switches to handwriting input method.
Moreover, it now supports dictation and simple edit dictated text using voice commands.
Among the more minor changes is to provide a monitor support HDR mode, a new interface sharing, and the ability to almost instantly switch between public and private networks. Public release Fall Creators Windows 10 Update will be available this fall.
