A preliminary investigation of the crash of flight MH17 Malaysian Boeing 777 in the Donbass suspended.
This was stated in “the Prosecutor’s office of the DNI”.
“After the completion of the transfer (the wreckage of the Boeing 777 and the passengers’ personal belongings – ed.), the results of which composed of appropriate protocols, a preliminary investigation of the criminal case is suspended”, – stated in the “DNR”.
Also, it said that the criminal case on the fact of wreck of the Boeing in “DNR” was opened in the day of the crash”, and in November 2014, September and October 2015, investigators handed over to the experts from the Netherlands to the OSCE observers Boeing fragments and personal effects of passengers found at the crash site.
The militants also said that flight MH17 was in the zone of responsibility of Ukrainian air traffic controllers and objective picture of what happened may only be restored subject to data control, access to which can provide Ukraine.
