Metro is willing to spend 2 billion dollarok.
The capital will build a fourth metro line that will connect the airport “Kiev” (Zhulyany) and residential Troyeshchyna array.
This was stated by first Vice Prime Minister – Minister of economic development and trade Stepan Kubiv.
“Spoke today on the construction branch of the Kiev metro with Troyeshchyna to the airport “Kiev” with Chinese investors. The preliminary project cost of $2 billion, 85% of them will provide the Chinese side (loan 20 years at 2% per annum), 15% of the project will be financed by the KSCA,” – said Kubiv.
According to him, now from the airport “Kiev” can be reached almost anywhere in the city by metro.
The first Vice-Premier said that the Cabinet of Ministers and Kyiv city state administration intends to bring the project to fruition. In addition, in the near future the group of company representatives, the Ministry of economic development and the KP “Kiev metro” will be the text of the final agreement.
“After signing we will be able to begin construction,” – said Kubiv.
It also became known that the length of the fourth line will be 18 km, which will be 13 stations.
