The car of German Chancellor Angela Merkel pelted with tomatoes during visit to Mecklenburg-Front Pomerania to meet with voters.
In the city Wolgast, which came to the Chancellor, there were about 150 protesters, who met her car with whistles and shouts disapproving.

At the event, the Chancellor called for a vote for her party, the Christian democratic Union in the elections to the Bundestag on September 24.
