Mercedes could revolutionize the world of electric vehicles. The company is investing $60 million in the project, which will significantly reduce the charging time of the batteries.
In particular, the Germans have invested in the Israeli startup StoreDot, which is developing “organic” batteries with fast charging.
The company claim they have developed battery with a capacity of 75 kilowatt-hours, fully charge in 5 minutes and provide a mileage of up to 480 kilometers.
More about unknown. However, the mass it should be gone by 2022.
The last time Mercedes is actively developing electric direction. In particular, this year at the Frankfurt motor show the company presented a futuristic electric car EQA.
