Starting in 2021 in Russia-known officially-regulated employee labor paper books will gradually be replaced by electronic documents. This was announced by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, according to which employers it will save hundreds of millions of rubles, and citizens will save you from unnecessary trouble caused by the loss of the document.

The issue was discussed at the government meeting on 4 July. Innovations will affect about 60 million people and 8.5 million employers, according to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.

On the eve, July 3, details have emerged of the concept of transfer of Russians on electronic passports. It was endorsed by Deputy Prime Minister Maxim Akimov, according to “Vedomosti”. Citizens of the Russian Federation may receive two versions of the passport — a plastic card with a chip and fully virtual passport free, secure mobile app. The chip card will be recorded with a digital profile of a citizen, including his electronic signature.
