“We consider the use of the German decisions, that is, providing a limited right to practice in a place of work”, — explained the press-Secretary of the Ministry of health of Poland Milena Krushevskaya.
Thus, if in Rzeszow there is a need for the surgeon, the local hospital can hire a physician from the Ukraine, even without the need to make up the difference in education. Already operating in Poland, the doctor will be able to apply for a full permit for the exercise of the profession, eliminating an additional transfer work.
Although the President of the Supreme medical chamber, Maciej Gamanovich believes that the idea of the Ministry of health to appoint a doctor in a specific location and allow him to perform a particular medical task wrong. On the one hand, in his opinion, physicians should complete the education up to the Polish level. On the other hand, you cannot bind your doctor to one place.

According to the calculations of Polish experts, the country needs more 64-154 thousand physicians.
To solve the problem with increasing the number of places in med school is impossible, since 43% of medical students considered travel abroad.
Recall the problem of Poland in the sphere of medical personnel began after the accession to the EU. In 2005, the applications for exit filed more than 1.7 thousand local physicians. In recent years, the number remains high: from 600 to over 800 per year.
“The application serves only those who plan to exit within the EU. We do not collect information about travel to the United States, Canada or any other country,” explains Katarzyna Strzalkowska, press-Secretary of the Supreme medical chamber.
Germany and the Scandinavian countries have long actively attract doctors from Poland, who are guaranteed to have a good education. One young physician said that in Germany some hospitals even financed the apartment for those who want to work with them.
In Ukraine, according to the President of the Supreme medical chamber, Maciej Gamanovich, earnings of physicians is around 200 euros. According to Ukrstata, in August of 2017, the salary of the Ukrainian doctor was about 9 310 UAH. The average salary in June 2017 was 7 360 UAH.
However, in Poland not sure what the difference in remuneration would be a sufficient argument.
