We used to think that mayonnaise is the sheer evil that can “poison” even healthy food.
But in fact, mayonnaise is different.
The classic recipe of mayonnaise is a sauce of eggs and butter. Such a condiment is even useful. Also, mayonnaise may enter the vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard and other natural spices. Nothing harmful. But here, it is impossible to abuse, because this product has a very high calorific value.
But low-calorie mayonnaise must evoke a suspicion – this is definitely the product created on the basis of artificial components. It is also worth to note that natural mayonnaise has a short shelf life – not more than a week. Otherwise, it contains a significant amount of artificial preservatives.
