In Kiev, the police detained the driver of a minibus who hit and killed two people in Kiev, he faces up to 10 years in prison. This reports the press service of the police in Facebook.
“The driver of the bus, which in the Obolon district, fatally injured two people detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. The criminal proceedings are investigated under part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine”, – stated in the message.
The police said that in the case of proof of guilt to the man threatens from 5 till 10 years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for up to three years.
