Lutsenko wants to deprive of immunity of the MPs 6

Lutsenko has video and photo evidence.

The Prosecutor General’s office has enough evidence for the criminal prosecution of six people’s deputies, in respect of which is directed corresponding representations to the Verkhovna Rada said the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.

“We have enough evidence to convince an unbiased deputies of the need for the removal of immunity and the continuation of a pretrial investigation”, – said the head of the GPU in an interview to “5 channel”, which aired on Sunday evening, July 2.

According to the Prosecutor General, the MPs will show documents, audio and video recordings showing the involvement of their colleagues to crimes.

“My point: neither in Committee nor in Parliament should not be the court. To be held check: there is evidence of offenses? Yes, they are. Enough – will solve court” – said Lutsenko.

Earlier Lutsenko announced that Monday, July 3, the procedural Committee will be alternately consider the performance of the GPU on the removal of immunity of six deputies.
