Lutsenko told about violations of NABOO

Detectives was illegally recording information from mobile terminals in more than 100 people.

The detectives NAB has repeatedly engaged in illegal wiretapping of conversations. On Thursday, November 30, said Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko during a briefing.

“I don’t know of any case that NABOO was information leakage through wiretapping, which is carried out only by SBU. But I know of cases where the NAB violated the law when eavesdropping with mobile terminals. Information about a little less than a hundred persons were removed from the terminals by employees of the NABU without a court order,” said Lutsenko.

In this Lutsenko noted that the provision of the NAB law on listening is exclusively the competence of the Verkhovna Rada.

“I’m not for or against, I really don’t care. But I am interested to audition was lawful,” – said the Prosecutor General.
