The electronic Declaration system was developed by the students of the Kiev Polytechnic University. And the grant of the government of Denmark on the establishment of a system stolen. About this in Parliament during the annual report said the Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko.
“The investigation revealed that none of the contest winner creating system of electronic Declaration was not. The Danish government has provided funds for the establishment of a system of electronic Declaration for the organization of the UNDP in Ukraine. The organization determined the contractor, OOO “Miranda”, which was established by employees of fiscal service.” rasskazala.
According to prosecutors, the head of open company “Miranda” Novikov signed an agreement and entrusted the execution of these works the teacher of the Kiev Polytechnic University and its students, which they did.
“And this whole system was made by these persons”, – Lutsenko added.
At the same time Novikov, according to the attorney General, decided to grant funds allocated for the creation of electronic Declaration, and listed them through a fictitious firm to an account in Estonia.
