Lutsenko said he plans to do.

The Prosecutor General of Ukraine does not plan to do something with the ex-Governor of Odessa.

Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko declares that the former President of Georgia, ex-Chairman of the Odessa regional state administration, Mikheil Saakashvili will not be arrested and extradited in connection with the incident at the checkpoint “shehyni” September 10.

About this, the attorney General said at the 14th annual international conference “Yalta European strategy” (YES) in Kiev, passed a number of media.

“I do not consider Saakashvili as an enemy, I don’t consider him a criminal, I would only recommend him not to transform the dispute with the administrative decision of the state in an attempt to destabilize the actual all state… our ambitions must be below the grass, and the flag should be above all of us”, – Lutsenko told.

“I, as attorney General, declare – Saakashvili will not be arrested in the case, Saakashvili can not be extradited from this country until he has the certificate for permanent residence or another document, which he filed”, – assured Lutsenko.
