Lock Google in Russia: new details

Roskomnadzor said that at this time, the problem with Google.ru solved.

Roskomnadzor said that the partial lockout of the Russian domain Google Thursday, June 22, was due to the fact that he got to the register of blocked sites.

The head of Department Alexander Zharov explained that this happened because of a redirect from the website of the betting company, which stood at Google.ru.

According to him Google he was removed, and the problem is currently solved.

As noted, the Federal tax service of Russia has the right to demand pre-trial blocking of sites if there are signs of violations of the legislation on gambling and lotteries.
